17 March 2023 will mark a truly extraordinary moment for art enthusiasts as Pavilion Bukit Jalil sets the stage to host a magnificent exhibition dedicated to the legendary Vincent van Gogh. As an avid admirer of his masterpieces, I could hardly contain my excitement to witness the artistic brilliance of this iconic figure brought to life within the walls of this prestigious venue. Little did I know that this experience would transport me into a world of vibrant colors, emotive brushstrokes, and profound artistic expression.
As I stepped into the halls of Pavilion Bukit Jalil, an atmosphere of anticipation filled the air. The first transition which amazed me was the sunflower transition which demonstrated Vincent’s love for sunflowers. After the transition of sunflower was my favourite highlight and undoubtedly Vincent’s most famous painting in many people’s memory, the Bedroom in Arles. This is beyond one’s imagination, as I get to see a live scenery of the bedroom and putting myself in Vincent Van Gogh’s shoes as to what he had seen while he was painted this famous masterpiece.
